How it all started?

From Vector Drawings, to hand drawn animation and now, Intense computer extensive graphical games, but how?

Right from the start...

Games, games platforms and systems have been around for nearly 6 decades due to the original creation of the game Pong, designed to be played on computer systems back in 1958. Since then developments have been within several gaming industries across the globe to develop and design the best games/technologies, leading up till the present day, where video gaming continues to grow rapidly. 

Until today companies are still creating ways of building and designing the next best generation of gaming machines, gaming technology and games to play. Since the 1950's the idea of playing games on a computer system had only just become a reality, although the need for sophisticated and complex systems they were then only able to achieve this. However today, we are able to play such as these on phones, hand held consoles and gaming systems with ease. 

This blog will be showing the features and limitations that older systems had compared to newer systems avaliable to us in the market today. I will be underlining what technologies broke through dramatically to create a world-wide gaming obsession millions of people have today.

Assignment 4

Connecting and Configuring a console & PC

Connecting a Xbox 360 to a display:

I will be showing how to set up a console to a display and then connecting controllers & setting up a profile with Xbox live, I will explaining the stages in detail using imagery to add to what I mean. The first step is to show where the ports are which will be connected and used to power the console on.
